What kind of packaging materials do you use?

We do our best to keep our packaging as sustainable as possible. We minimally use and/or reuse plastic , mostly use recycled or recyclable packaging materials.

Do you do GIFT WRAPPING and do you offer HANDWRITTEN note cards?

YES. We can wrap the item in kraft packing paper tied with a cotton twine and we can include your message handwritten on our gift card

Do you rush TIME SENSITIVE orders? / Is it going to be delivered ON TIME?

For most items our processing time is less than 4 days. If you still would like to rush your order, please send us a message. We can guarantee our processing time but unfortunately can not guarantee delivery date. USPS Priority Shipping Express is available and you can upgrade the shipping method during checkout.

Could you COMBINE shipping?

Yes, on orders placed at the same time, we will ship in one box/ shipping bag and refund any excess postage collected on individual items.

It’s been a while since I placed my order, I got notification as it has been shipped but tracking says my package is still in “PRE TRANSIT”. How can you help?

We do our best to finish and ship all orders within processing time, in most cases we shipped earlier than we promised. However, we are located in Brooklyn, NY and our local post office is always busy during the year. For that reason, sometimes it could take a little more time than usual when the package is first scanned. In most cases, the orders are delivered on time even if it sits in Pre transit for a couple days. ( In Holiday season, waiting time could be abnormal )

My package is “IN TRANSIT” or STUCK in some other place. How can you help?

As long as the tracking says it is in transit to the destination, there is nothing we can do on our end. We recommend our customers to wait at least 15 days after the latest status update. But please feel free to contact us about your concern.


My order is LOST IN THE MAIL What to do?

If you think your package is lost in the mail ( please allow at least 2 weeks after the last status update to define your package as lost ), please contact us and we can file a claim.

Tracking says my order has been DELIVERED but I can not find it. What to do?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:

-Carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check: Mailbox, Porch , Garage , Any area out of potential weather hazards, Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed

-Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.

-Check with others in your house that may have accepted it. Or check with your neighbors and mailman

-In most cases, a package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 hours to be actually delivered.

If it has been over 24 hours from the 'delivered' status, you can contact your local Post Office.

What are your policies regarding WRONG or INCOMPLETE addresses?

Buyer is responsible for providing a correct address.

Please contact us as soon as you realize that you entered an incorrect address.

Once the package is shipped, we cannot change the address anymore.

In case the package is back to us , we can either issue a refund or re-ship the item. Please note that shipping fee cannot be refunded, or extra shipping fee might be requested for re-shipped items.

No refund will be issued, if the package is lost.

Do you accept WHOLESALE or DROP SHIPPING partnerships?

No. We gladly want to give 100% of our attention to our customers. We use the highest quality of materials which are domestically sourced. And we price our products at the most reasonable price range for our customers.


Do you offer a BULK order discount ?

It depends on the product but in most cases for the orders that are over $300, YES we can offer a little extra discount. Please send us a message.


Do you accept custom projects from Interior Designers?

We love working with interior designers for sure. You can contact us about your special projects. We will be more than happy to help.

What to do with DAMAGED items?

All fragile items and items priced over $100 are shipped with insurance. If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately preferably with a picture of the damaged product and the package. We will do our best to ship a new one as soon as possible.


I’m local, may I PICK UP my order?

Yes, if you are living in NYC and willing to travel to our little town Red Hook, Brooklyn, you are welcome to pick up your online order when it is ready. All shipping fees will be refunded right after the pickup.


What SIZE planter cover should I order?

We always recommend the customers to order a planter cover at least 1 inch larger than their current pot.

How will I care for my product?

LEATHER: Keep it away from direct sunlight. It could repel a little water but please avoid getting it wet . You can spot clean with a damp cloth

SUEDE: Keep it away from direct sunlight. Please avoid getting it wet. You can spot clean it with a dry brush.

WAXED CANVAS: Keep it away from direct sunlight. It could repel a little water but please avoid getting it wet . You can spot clean with a damp cloth. Unwanted creases and wrinkles can be smoothed out by applying hair drier from appx. 10” distance.

CANVAS: Keep it away from direct sun exposure for a long period of time. As long as there is no leather part on it, it can be machine-washed. You can iron to smooth the wrinkles.
